This website is intended for aged users 18 years or older. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users must not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to:

\u2013 Payment fraud
\u2013 Any conduct that violates laws or causes harm to Spica or other users<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Sales Territory<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Spica ships internationally. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders from countries where shipping or sales are restricted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Language<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This website is primarily presented in English. Any translations are for convenience only, and the English version shall prevail in case of conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Products and Payment<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Products: We primarily sell Pok\u00e9mon cards and PSA-graded trading cards.
\u2013 Payment: We accept payments via Wise only.
\u2013 Orders must be paid within one hour of placing the order. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.Order Processing & Shipping<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Shipping Carriers: FedEx and DHL
\u2013 Processing Time: Orders are shipped same-day or next business day (excluding Japanese weekends and public holidays).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Cancellation & Return Policy<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns under any circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Taxes & Duties<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Products are sold tax-free from Japan.
\u2013 All customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer (DDU basis).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses once the item has been handed over to the shipping carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
