1. Eligibility

This website is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to:
– Unauthorized purchases
– Payment fraud
– Any conduct that violates laws or causes harm to Spica or other users

3. Sales Territory

Spica ships internationally. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders from countries where shipping or sales are restricted.

4. Language

This website is primarily presented in English. Any translations are for convenience only, and the English version shall prevail in case of conflict.

5. Products and Payment

– Products: We primarily sell Pokémon cards and PSA-graded trading cards.
– Payment: We accept payments via Wise only.
– Orders must be paid within one hour of placing the order. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.

6. Order Processing & Shipping

– Shipping Carriers: FedEx and DHL
– Processing Time: Orders are shipped same-day or next business day (excluding Japanese weekends and public holidays).

7. Cancellation & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns under any circumstances.

8. Taxes & Duties

– Products are sold tax-free from Japan.
– All customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer (DDU basis).

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses once the item has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court.
